Are you fearless?
While facing the same crisis, the difference lies in how it is experienced. The four most common attitudes when facing challenging situations are:
-Fear: getting paralyzed physically and mentally, maintaining a catastrophic and hopeless vision.
-Learning: an opportunity to let go of what cannot be controlled, concentrating on what can; a feeling of being able to contribute and be functional.
-Growth: an opportunity to use time to improve, be productive and progress in the things that are important, and think about strategies for the continuation of projects through and after the crisis.
-Leadership: an opportunity to reinvent, thinking about how to put your talents to work, identifying problems and presenting alternative solutions.
Fear, learning, growth, and leadership are not mutually exclusive. You can learn, grow, and lead even in the presence of fear.
There is a whole inner world of choice that is your property and is untouchable. Use your serenity and essence to choose wisely.
Courage is not the absence of fear but the triumph over it!
